We also have partnered with Rider University and Rider University Wrestling to bring our 2nd location to Mercer County, NJ. Our Rider University location ONLY operates during the spring session.

What is a typical practice session like?

Practices begin with a 15 minute warm up, followed by a drill package that includes teaching new techniques and refining skills. The amount of teaching dictates the intensity of the drill session. Some practices are hard drilling, while others have drilling to learn new techniques. This also varies with each age group. Drill sessions last any where from 30 – 45 minutes. After drilling, live wrestling takes place for approx. 30-45 minutes, then followed by a few minutes of conditioning. AGAIN, this is a general practice as all practices vary. Some days may consist of all wrestling or all technique – this usually occurs when we have special guest clinicians. Elementary practices are only 1 hour long to take full advantage of children’s attention span. They follow a similar practice model, yet the time are condensed.

Can I sign up after the registration date or during the session?

The cards provide member benefits, including insurance. ALL members MUST have a CURRENT USA card to participate in Team Apache practices and events.
