Summer walk in registration is set for
Tuesday June 15th. Simply get to practice
early to complete all the paperwork.
We NEVER close enrollment.
Simply come to practice and complete
the paperwork and you are good to go!
2 forms MUST be completed before an athlete can practice. They include:
- Club Registration form – pg 1
- Medical Waiver – pg 2
Submit ALL forms in the mail to address above or at walk-in registration!
**Interested in learning more about our program or attending a class for a Trial visit? No need to call us in advance. You are welcome to attend at any time during any of our sessions. A $20.00 fee will be charged to any NEW person participating in a practice on a trial basis. The $20.00 fee is put toward the cost of Team Apache registration should the student decide to enroll. If the student decides not to enroll the $20.00 fee, becomes the cost of the trial and is NOT refundable.
